islam dan ISLAM. apakah bezanya?

jadi, siapakah muslim?
~ orang islam.. atau
~ orang ISLAM?

sebelum sy teruskan penjelasan, pilih jawapan anda dengan alasan anda sendiri ye. anda islam atau ISLAM?

gabungkan definisi dan pengertian, ramai orang TAHU siapa itu muslim dan apa itu ISLAM.
namun, siapa yang FAHAM siapa itu muslim dan apa itu islam.

dengan definisi islam tunduk, taat dan patuh serta islam sbg kata kerja, seorang muslim itu WAJIB FAHAM sebagai seorang muslim, dia tertakluk kepada kerja sbg seorang muslim.

Allah berfirman dalam al-Baqarah: 30, Allah menjadikan manusia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi.

Allah berfirman lagi dalam az-Zariyat: 56, "aku tidak menciptakan jin dan manusia melainkan agar mereka beribadah kepadaKu"

dua tuntutan terhadap orang islam, iaitu menjadi khalifah dan menjadi a'bid (org yang beribadah). jadi, kalau kita mampu menjaga solat sehari 5 kali, lebih kurang 5 minit utk setiap solat, jumlahnya dalam sehari, hanya 25 minit kita bersolat@beribadah kpd Allah dgn fokus yang tak menentu, layakkah kita dipanggil sebagai orang islam?

mungkin kita hanya orang ISLAM sahaja. ISLAM pada nama dan ISLAM pada kad pengenalan. renung-renungkanlah wahai orang2 yang mempunyai fikiran dan hati untuk memahami. andai tak, anda lebih teruk dari binatang ternakan.

Dan sesungguhnya Kami jadikan untuk neraka jahanam banyak dari jin dan manusia yang mempunyai hati (tetapi) tidak mahu memahami dengannya (ayat-ayat Allah), dan yang mempunyai mata (tetapi) tidak mahu melihat dengannya (bukti keesaan Allah) dan yang mempunyai telinga (tetapi) tidak mahu mendengar dengannya (ajaran dan nasihat); mereka itu seperti binatang ternak, bahkan mereka lebih sesat lagi; mereka itulah orang-orang yang lalai. (Surah Al-A’raf: 179)

ramai orang tahu tapi ramai yang tak faham kerana orang tahu dengan menyimpan sesuatu dalam otaknya tapi faham adalah menyimpannya di dalam hati, menyelaminya sepenuh perasaan dan mempraktikkannya sepenuh hati! jadi marilah kawan-kawan, perbetulkan diri. kerana kita bukan sekadar ISLAM tetapi islam; khalifah dan a'bid.

Indsutries With A Centralized Refrigerant Gas Management Program Always Have The Edge

The United States and a host of other foreign countries are focusing on fugitive emission tracking for certain industries. The goal is to identify the amount of substances that are emitted into the atmosphere when a refrigerant gas leak occurs. This will give government officials at the EPA a better understanding of the amount of greenhouse gases harming the environment each year and contributing to global warming due to the ineffective management of refrigerant gases.

Any unexpected leak of substances which are hazardous with failure to contain discharge in a stack, duct, or vent results to fugitive emissions to occur. This could be the result of an equipment leak, a problem during maintenance operations, a breakdown in bulk handling or processing, or a problem in an industrial process. Refrigerant gas leakage would cause the harmful gases to get into the atmosphere. There are specific refrigerant gases which end up released in the stratosphere as these can't be broken down in the atmosphere, which eventually destroy the ozone layer.

In the United States alone, fugitive emission totals for a year are over 300,000 tons CO2e. Other countries have similar or worse outputs. To curtail the adverse effects to the ozone layer of the accidental leak of the substances, stringent regulations have already been implemented in order to reduce and eliminate such over time. To improve the quality of the air in the long run, there are additional goals which can help reduce global warming through the reduction of the refrigerant gas emissions.

A select few refrigerant gases have multiple detrimental effects on the environment. Not only are they ozone depleting substances but they are also chemicals with a high global warming potential (GWP) which places them into the category of greenhouse gases which lead to global climate change. There are more than enough reasons to find ways to effectively track, monitor, and report usage of refrigerant gases.

The EPA has finalized its rules pertaining to any fugitive emission occurrence, whether through evaporation or a leak. The regulations apply to several industries, including existing and newly constructed facilities with systems using refrigerant gas in their workplace heating and cooling systems. Other industries are industrial chemical manufacturing, electric services, pulp and paper mills, and petroleum refinancing.

Facilities that produce or use fugitive emissions are required to track harmful substances. The EPA has identified a number of dangerous compounds, among them chloroflurocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons, methyl bromide, halons, methyl chloroform, and carbon tetrachloride.

A particular concern for fugitive emission problems is with refrigerant gas, because it contains chloroflurocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons, two primary contributors to the weakening of the ozone layer and the increase in greenhouse gas volumes. Moreover, industries which use systems for fire protection, ventilation and air cooling, refrigeration and cooling units use refrigerant gas.

EPA requires enterprises to track refrigerant leak rates and submit annual refrigerant use for any fugitive emission. Fugitive emissions in particular are defined in carbon emissions reporting protocols as one of four emissions scopes that will be regulated. It is important that the severity of the leak and the repair process is documented. In addition, regulations require regular inspections of equipment or processes that involve volatile chemicals.

The new fugitive emission regulations provide a more standardized approach to thresholds identified by the U.S. EPA directs the Clean Air Act. These include continuous monitoring, tracking of leaks, and reporting of leak repair, and containment.

To prepare for this requirement, many companies are using automated, rather than manual, processes, in particular refrigerant gas tracking software programs and web-based applications created by companies who specialize in the area. They ensure compliance and reduce the likelihood of substantial fines.

On Thursday, June 29, 1995, a big department store called Sampoong Department Store crashed to floor for some irresponsible reason; built by failures and greediness. About 1500 casualties had been trapped in the incident. Specifically, 501 affirmed died and 937 injured.

The mall was built originally as four floor office building. The next chairman, Lee Joon redesigned the building as a large department store later on during its construction. This involved cutting away a number of support columns in order to permit the installation of escalators. The contractor refused with the demand and got fired. His own company design it themselves and completed the construction with a great layout.

Next, the building was added up with one more floor on the top planned as skating rink but it was cancelled as the function of a department store won’t be achieved. Hence, the fifth floor turned to include eight restaurants which installed with hot water pipes through the floor concrete. When a construction company tasked to complete the extension advised that the structure would not support another floor, they were once again fired. The installation of heat water pipes will add extra huge load on the concrete slab. On 1993, three giant air conditioners located on the top of the building roof by pull it through one side to one side. The vibrations were gigantic and and resonance effect started to place.

The collapse of the famous and happening store was started by the appearance of cracks in April 1995. During the tragic day, the crack had increased to an incredible size as big as man’s fist. The Facilities Manager, Mr Lee received complaints from stalls owner on fifth floor and reported it to the executives. Because of the customers in the building were outstandingly high, they denied on shutting down the premise and left for precaution. So, Mr Lee shut the air conditioners off and closed the top floor.

From the journals, five hours before the incident, several loud bangs were heard from the top floors as the result of air-conditioning vibrations. Even so, nobody announce the emergency to hundreds of customers there. It then followed by the falling of the roof and the air conditioning units and less than 20 seconds, the building flattened to the ground. The property damage estimated in about US$216 million.

Around the world, this is only one of examples on ignored ethics value. Isms rises these days were incredibly worrying. Desperate relatives of casualties of the incidents claimed justice which then brought the executives to jail for their greediness and stubbornness. The disaster then led to fears on the safety standards on engineering projects carried out in the country. It also expose the level of corruptions among the city officials; money for public safety.

1) aku bermusafir. dek kerana pemandu bas ni amat berdedikasi dlm melaksanakan tugasan dunianya, dia pun tak berhenti2 memandu bas, dari pagi hingga ke senja dan dilajakkan ke maghrib skali gus. yang aku ni, sebagai individu normal, bile terlepas waktu solat yang bleh dijamakkan ni, berasa amatlah gundah gulana. [hehe yg jamak je ke..? ] so, satu2nya cara yg ak dapat fikirkan adalah menggantikan aje solat tu bile dah sampai nanti.. PERSOALANNYA, sevalid manakah fikiran aku tu dalam fiqhnya?

2) oleh kerana ada solat yang perlu diganti, agak2 bilekah waktu yang sesuai untuk aku ganti balik solat2 aku tuh? i mean, jikalau ak kena ganti solat asar, mesti kene ganti time asar jgk ke, sblm mgrib ke, msti lepas zuhur ke, atau sewenang-wenangnya?

3) ade ulama tu cakap, kalo nak elak tertinggl solat dlm keadaan sedar, yg mane kita xmampu untuk solat masa waktu tu, senang cter time musafir ni la, ade cara iaitu solat dlm bas. camanekah cara2nya yer..? ade terms and condition applied? hoho..

2-faktor mempengaruhi ship proplusion, resistance kot. pastu ketidaklinearan prediction of resistance value, akhirnya menyebabkan power yg dperlukan oleh ship xmncukupi. selain tu, jenis aliran air laut xmenentu yg bole bring damage to the mechanical syst itself.

3-duit la! ekonomi skrg cm haram, jd designer2 kapal kene design yg terbaik dlm efficiency nye, reduce fuel cost, kne la pndai kire resistance baik2, pastu structure pun kne bgus bia xpyh byr mhal2 sgt utk maintainance. haa.. kne la pndai2 berjimat dlm era ketidakstabilan ekonomi dunia.
